Concierge

We are hiring a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team for a seasonal position in Akron Ohio.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in process
• Provide information about the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and events
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area
• Assist with luggage handling and storage
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready for check‑in
• Handle any special requests from guests, such as room upgrades or special amenities
• Manage incoming calls and messages for guests

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role
• Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
• Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of local area attractions and ability to make recommendations to guests
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The salary for this seasonal position is $1,400 per month.

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal position.
