We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Akron USA As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of housekeepers to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping excellent organizational skills and strong leadership abilities This role offers a competitive salary of 1700$ along with free visa and ticket for Pakistani nationals Women are strongly encouraged to apply

• Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure that all housekeeping tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Train supervise and motivate a team of housekeepers
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary
• Address any guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures chemicals and equipment
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to effectively train supervise and motivate a team
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks such as bending kneeling and reaching
