SummaryThe HR Reporting and Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise HR reporting and analytics solutions. This role serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders by transforming data from Oracle HCM and related systems into actionable insights. The Manager will supervise a team of data analysts and report developers, establish reporting standards, and build data fluency across the HR organization through training and enablement.
Reporting& Analytics Leadership
- Own the end‑to‑end HR reporting and analytics strategy leveraging Oracle HCM (OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards, and extracts).
- Translate complex HR and business questions into clear, reliable, and scalable reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across workforce, talent, compensation, benefits, and compliance reporting.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards aligned to business and HR priorities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for HR data within Oracle HCM, including data models, security, and reporting best practices.
- Partner closely with HRIS, IT, and Oracle vendors/partners on system enhancements, upgrades, and reporting capabilities.
- Optimize performance and usability of Oracle reporting tools and downstream data solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR data analysts and report developers.
- Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans for the team.
- Establish best practices for report development, documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Balance hands‑on analytical work with managerial responsibilities.
- Design and deliver training for HR leaders on data interpretation, dashboards, and self‑service reporting tools.
- Improve HR data literacy and serve as a trusted advisor on workforce insights.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to define standard metrics and reporting definitions.
- Establish intake and prioritization processes for reporting requests.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related field along with 7+ years of related experience. In lieu of a Degree, 10+ years of related experience required.
- Related experience includes working in HR reporting, analytics, or HRIS roles.
- 3+ years of experience leading or supervising analysts or developers.
- Deep hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of HR data domains.
- Proven ability to translate data into insights for executive audiences.
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in analytics or HRIS.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience building HR metrics frameworks and workforce analytics models.
