Field Training Associate

Field Training Associate helps employees to reach their fullest potential by assessing individual employee needs and then delivering hands‑on field training and educational programs that improve employee knowledge and skill with an emphasis on safety and productivity. The role accomplishes its objectives through training, leading by example, and by following safe work practices. It serves to supplement the employee training and development provided by the General Foremen and Crew Leaders and participates in production‑related work activities, remaining a productive member of the crew while training.

The associate performs modularized training, new‑employee orientation, and skill review for groups ranging from 5 to 40 participants across various technical training that are both field and classroom based, using hands‑on learning techniques. The associate identifies training opportunities and implements them in conjunction with Field Management’s expectations, conducts incident investigations, performs root‑cause analysis, and documents and distributes incident investigations, training programs, progress, and policy information electronically.

The position may require drug and alcohol testing, frequent to periodic travel, and is ideal for a bilingual candidate.
