Human Resources Intern at Communi Care Health Services

Communi Care Health Services is a healthcare provider with over 80 facilities in 7 states.
This is an unpaid internship, working 10-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
The successful candidate will be a college student in their senior or junior year working toward a degree in Human Resources Management.
Responsibilities- Work alongside the Human Resources Manager on recruiting, retention, and orientation.
- Assist with worker's compensation and unemployment benefits administration.
- Support legal compliance activities and other administrative tasks.
- College Senior or Junior working toward a degree in Human Resources Management
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- High level of confidentiality in all matters of the job
- Detail oriented, excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
