This highly visible role will be primarily responsible for providing HR support to our facilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.
Location:
This is not a remote position. This position is located at Saber Community Support and Development Office - 23700 Commerce Park, Beachwood, OH 44122.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of Five (5) year experience providing general HR support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.
- Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
