HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance related to performance management
• Support the hiring process by assisting with job postings
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Help ensure day-to-day HR practices are aligned with company policies
• Respond to employee questions related to benefits and payroll
• Support annual performance processes
• Assist with the development of HR tools and training materials
• Support initiatives that strengthen engagement and communication
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Two or more years of progressive HR experience preferred
• Experience supporting employee relations, HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, or performance management
• Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, payroll or timekeeping platforms
• Must be fluent in English.

Demonstrates expertise in HR administration, employee relations, and performance management while effectively supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. Proficient in utilizing HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
