This hands-on role handles recruiting, onboarding, employee records, training logistics, and safety administration for about 165 field employees, reporting to the HR Business Partner.
You will work closely with Field Operations leadership, assist with PEDD, and coordinate training and onboarding to ensure safe, compliant starts.
