• Gather and analyze business needs by partnering with stakeholders and conducting gap analyses
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and technical teams to define user stories and workflows
• Serve as the liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations by identifying risks and dependencies
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to support data-driven product decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 10 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital product development
• 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Expertise in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello for documentation and project management
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-focused language

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and customer-centric technologies
• Knowledge of digital platforms and product development, including UX principles and APIs
• Experience working with an agency or external partner
• Highly organized and adaptable with strong project management skills
