Artificial Intelligence Consultant

We are seeking an AI Discovery Specialist to act as the critical bridge between business teams and AI‑driven solutions. This role is responsible for deeply engaging with business stakeholders across the wealth management organization to identify, reframe, and translate business problems into AI‑enabled opportunities.

The AI Discovery Specialist will evaluate where and how artificial intelligence can be applied throughout business processes, develop compelling business cases, create proofs of concept (POCs), and deliver data‑driven insights through clear analysis and executive‑ready presentations. This role is exploratory, consultative, and strategically focused on determining if and where AI should be used before full‑scale development begins.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, product discovery, or innovation roles.
• Experience working with or around AI, data science, analytics, or advanced technology initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured problem statements.
• Proven experience creating business cases, POCs, analyses, and executive presentations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience with in wealth management, asset management, banking, or financial services.
• Familiarity with AI techniques such as machine learning, generative AI, NLP, or intelligent automation.
• Consulting or internal strategy background.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Strong storytelling and visualization skills (PowerPoint, Excel, analytics tools).

This is a 6-9-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The hourly pay for this role is $45/hr-$63/hr, depending upon qualifications.
