BGI has regular employment opportunities for highly motivated, goal‑oriented personnel. General responsibilities in Computer Science include developing and extending software frameworks in enterprise architectures, data interfaces, programming in compiled and interpreted languages, and programming at all levels of application, big data, and web stacks. General responsibilities in Data Science include leveraging data aggregation and data mining to identify trends and anomalies in complex big data, transitioning algorithms to code and techniques for efficient data storage and data access.

Both competencies focus on aviation and include integration to customer systems and data.
