Clinical Informatics Analyst
The Essentials:
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) | Monday - Friday | On-site | Exempt
- Location: Fairlawn, OH 44333
- Specialties:
Clinical / Health Informatics / Information Technology
- Design and maintain clinical quality and operational databases
- Extract, validate, and analyze clinical and operational data
- Develop and test clinical measures, metrics, and reporting methodologies
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for clinical and leadership teams
- Perform complex SQL queries to support quality initiatives, registries, and regulatory reporting
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and special projects
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Information Systems, Nursing, or a related field required.
- Experience: Clinical Data Analyst level: 2-4 years of related experience in clinical data, quality, analytics, or health information systems.
- Skills: SQL skills and experience with EHRs and data warehouses. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Licenses/Certifications: CAHIMS or CPHIMS preferred
Registered Nurse preferred
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
