Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Akron. This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity.
• Document all support activities accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
• Install hardware, software updates, and patches as needed.
• Train clients on how to use new technology or software systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for providing technical support.

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

• Previous experience working with remote desktop applications.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
• Experience with customer service in a technical environment.
