ResponsibilitiesEducational Requirements
Bachelor Degree or may substitute with 4 years of like experience.
Required Experience
5+ years performing same or similar responsibilities. Relevant Experience includes analysis, programming, report development, database administration, or other reporting/analytical functions utilizing MS SQL Server and/or other comparable software packages.

- Communication:
Highly complex ability to communicate complex information verbally and in written form that may include policies and procedures, financial, legal, and/or technical documents; provide guidance to implement strategic programs and projects; supervise work within/across departments; negotiate and persuade professionals, board members, and the general public. - Analytical:
Highly complex ability to design, develop, and implement programs, technical systems, and policies; proofreading to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. - Other
Skills and Abilities: - Proficiency in MS SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, SSRS, SSIS, Visio (or similar), Project, and database management.
- Process improvement techniques and methodologies knowledge applicable to normal operations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to conduct statistical analyses with large data sets.
- Logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Time management to complete tasks within designated time frames in a fast-paced environment.
- Regulatory and company policy compliance and confidentiality of member health information and business information.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours to meet business demands.
- Sit for prolonged periods; bend, stoop, and stretch.
- Lift up to 20 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to operate computer, phone, and standard office machines.
Occasional overtime during peak periods and occasional travel may be required. General office environment; minimal hazards.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $34.00/hr - $50.99/hr
The salary range is base pay and excludes bonuses or differentials. Factors such as years of relevant experience and geographical location influence starting pay. The range listed is the full base salary range; hiring at the maximum is not typical.
