Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Akron. As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report any bugs or issues as well as suggest improvements for optimal performance.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ suitable for Canadians looking for English-speaking jobs without experience requirements. Our company also provides free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on software products
• Identify and document any bugs or issues found during testing
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop test plans and test cases based on project requirements
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in software testing/quality assurance
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
