Computer Systems Analyst

As a Computer Systems Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and procedures as well as designing and implementing new systems to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and provide technical support and training to ensure proper utilization of systems. This is a full‑time position based in Akron with preference for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

• Conducting research on current computer systems and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborating with clients to gather requirements for new system designs
• Designing and developing new computer systems or modifying existing ones
• Testing and evaluating system performance, identifying bugs or issues and implementing solutions
• Providing technical support to clients in using computer systems effectively
• Training clients on how to properly utilize computer systems
• Keeping updated with latest advancements in technology and incorporating them into system designs

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java or Python
• Experience with database management systems
• Excellent communication skills in English Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the US.
