Computer Systems Analyst in Akron, OH, USA.

• Evaluate current computer systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop solutions to enhance system performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes.
• Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
• Create detailed documentation of system processes and procedures.
• Train staff on new systems or updates to existing ones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various computer systems including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical individuals.
• No English language proficiency is required for this position.

• Salary: $1600 per month.
