Position: Invoicing & Sales Support Specialist
Elwood Staffing - Maryville Avenue - Responsibilities:
Maintain direct contact with customers, mills and processing centers regarding expedite activity (external facing).;
Support Buyer activities with order entry, export documentation, delivery tracking, price entry, product record creation and variance adjustments.;
Invoice customers - Create monthly sales and purchase orders to allow for accurate and timely invoices; provide explanation for profit margins that are either too high or too low; provide clear and logical backup detail with customer invoices so invoices can be paid in a timely manner.;
Process Material Claims - Ensure timely completion and processing of customer claims and mill rejections, ensure timely inspection of material rejections by mill tech reps either by written or verbal correspondence.;
Enhance efficiency of daily operating procedures - Analyze daily work activities to determine if greater efficiencies can be achieved.
