PLM Business Analyst

The PLM Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to support and enhance Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and improving PLM processes, and supporting system configuration, testing, and integrations with ERP and CAD systems.
The PLM BA collaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing, and quality, supports UAT, data migration, and prepares user documentation and training.
Candidates should have a bachelors degree with 5+ years of PLM or business analysis experience, hands-on exposure to PLM tools like Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, or ARAS, and strong analytical and communication skills.
