Join Röchling Automotive as an IT Service Desk Specialist at our Akron, OH location. We are seeking a team player to be the first point of contact for our internal customers, providing technical support and ensuring first-time resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to Windows 10, Office 365, iOS, and other technologies.
- Maintain ownership of incidents, provide timely updates, and escalate when necessary.
- Support IT projects and initiatives, contributing to digitalization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with Windows Client Administration and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Service Management systems and ITIL practices.
