Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Akron. As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of technology systems, ensuring their security and functionality.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the company’s use of technology.
• Stay current with new technology trends and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs.
• Manage the budget for IT expenses.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of current technology trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in network administration, security protocols, and system maintenance.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.

Salary: $1300 per month, negotiable based on experience.

Akron. Preference for local candidates.
