Full Time – 40 Hours / Day

In this role, you will design, maintain, and deploy enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using AI tools, Power BI, Databricks, as well as MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS. Your insights will guide strategic choices, enhance operations, and support better health outcomes for our members.

Summary of Position

Provides guidance, support, and recommendations for intelligence-based solutions including process analysis, business requirement assessment, specification determination, report development, data transformation/integration, quality assurance, solution deployment, and performance optimization. Implements and maintains long-range intelligence/reporting projects and advises management on development options in support of corporate mission.

Formal Education Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Experience & Training Required

Five (5) years performing same or similar responsibilities. Relevant Experience includes: analysis, programming, report development, database administration, or other reporting/analytical functions utilizing MS SQL Server and/or other comparable software packages.

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, SSRS, SSIS, BI and AI Tools, and database management.
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of process improvement techniques, methodologies and principles applying these in the normal course of operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effectively conduct statistical analyses and accurately work with large amounts of data.
  • Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Organize and manage time to accurately complete tasks within designated time frames in fast paced environment.
  • Maintain current knowledge of and comply with regulatory and company policy and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member health information and business information.
  • Flexible: ability to adjust work hours to meet business demands.

Essential Functions
  • Conduct analyses of processes, research business requirements, and formulate alternatives for the development of intelligence/reporting solutions to satisfy operational information needs.
  • Facilitate meetings with functional areas to determine relevant business needs, translate requirements into functional specifications, and validate results of developed solutions.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications and other documentation regarding intelligence/reporting based solutions.
  • Plan, design, build, and inspect intelligence/reporting packages and related components including databases, stored procedures, reporting solutions, analysis projects, dashboards, alerts, algorithms, and data/file extracts.
  • Evaluate intelligence/reporting solutions through testing and quality assurance to guarantee functionality and performance, ensuring feasibility, accessibility, and user‑friendliness.
  • Research, investigate and troubleshoot complex operational intelligence/reporting issues as appropriate.
  • Establish automated scheduling for execution of reports and stored procedures.
  • Develop, maintain, and deploy reporting and analytics solutions across multiple enterprise environments using tools such as MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Databricks, and AI tools.
  • Maintain working knowledge of relative enterprise and local information systems, databases, data schemas, software packages, and business operations.
  • Assist with delegation of assignments, training of new staff and temporary agency employees, and mentoring of junior analysts.
