AI Enablement Lead

Dizario Search is conducting a search for an AI Enablement Lead located in Northeast Ohio. This opportunity is with a well-established global organization looking to expand and scale the use of Artificial Intelligence across the business in a practical, secure, and responsible way. The AI Enablement Lead will work across multiple business units to identify opportunities for AI adoption, support pilot initiatives, and help drive company-wide AI strategy and education.

• Lead AI-focused initiatives that improve business processes, productivity, and overall operational effectiveness
• Partner with leadership teams to identify practical AI opportunities across the organization
• Support and guide pilot programs from early concept through implementation
• Educate internal teams on emerging AI tools, trends, and real-world applications
• Help establish best practices and governance around AI usage and security
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and operational leadership on AI-related initiatives
• Build relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and industry resources
• Drive adoption and organizational engagement around AI capabilities and innovation
• Assist in developing internal resources, frameworks, and training materials related to AI usage

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytics, engineering, business, or related discipline
• 5-8+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, innovation, analytics, or related fields
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership teams
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, copilots, and emerging technologies
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to practical business applications and measurable results
• Hands-on mindset with experience evaluating or implementing new technologies in business environments
• Strong communication and organizational influence skills
