Zenlayer is seeking Internet Data Center (IDC) Engineers/Technicians to be stationed at its data center in Akron, Ohio. The role requires physical strength, flexibility in shifts, and willingness to provide ongoing IDC coverage.
Responsibilities include installing and testing servers and network hardware, cabling, asset tracking, on-site support within SLA, and coordinating RMA processes. Mandarin fluency is required, and travel up to 20%+ is expected.
