Job Description
** Formal
Education Required:
*** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
** Experience & Training
Required:
*** Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire.
* Five (5) years of application support experience.
* Preferred:
Healthcare experience.
* Preferred:
Two (2) years project management experience and/or application lead experience.
** Other Skills, Competencies and
Qualifications:
*** Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving.
* Capability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to departments while making recommendations for integration into operational flow.
* Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner.
* Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration.
