Computer Support Specialist

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
