• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality support.
