IT Manager - Information Technology Manager

Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the IT department in our company located in Akron Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of information technology and a strong understanding of various software and hardware systems. This position requires a high level of organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.

• Develop and implement IT strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network systems, and telecommunications
• Ensure data security and backup protocols are in place
• Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades or changes
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements
• Collaborate with other departments to identify their IT needs and provide solutions
• Manage budgets for IT projects and equipment purchases

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
• Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, cloud computing, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for suitable candidates.
