Information Security Analyst - Akron, OH

We are hiring an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Akron OH.

• Monitor and analyze security systems for potential vulnerabilities or breaches
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations
• Stay updated on the latest security trends threats and technologies
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in information security or a related field
• Knowledge of network protocols firewalls intrusion detection systems etc
• Familiarity with risk assessment tools and technologies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus

This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month
