IT Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Akron. This is a contract position suitable for men with experience in computer support. As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems and networks.

• Provide technical support to clients via phone email or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install and configure computer systems and applications
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on systems
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
• Train clients on proper use of equipment and software

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Contract job availability with flexibility for potential evening or weekend work

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience working with remote desktop tools such as Team Viewer or Log Me In
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems 7810 as well as Mac OS X
• Previous experience working in a customer service role

This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
