Entry Level Software Tester

We are hiring an Entry Level Software Tester to join our growing team in Akron Ohio. As a Software Tester you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to the market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the tech industry and gain hands-on experience in software testing.

• Conduct manual and automated testing on various software products to identify bugs and issues
• Create test cases and perform regression testing to ensure bugs are fixed
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to communicate test results and provide feedback
• Participate in planning meetings to discuss potential risks and suggest improvements for future releases
• Document and report any defects found during testing process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends in data
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
• Experience with manual or automated testing tools is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  
  Good written and verbal communication skills

Salary $1300 per month negotiable based on experience
