ERP Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing and optimizing ERP solutions, with hands-on expertise in Sage Intacct
.

In this role, you will lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to system configuration, integration, data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that improve financial operations and support business growth.

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Analyze business processes and gather functional and technical requirements.
• Design and configure ERP solutions aligned with client business needs and industry best practices.
• Lead Sage Intacct implementations, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
• Support clients with data cleansing, migration, validation, and historical data conversion.
• Develop and support integrations between Sage Intacct and other business applications.
• Create and customize reports, dashboards, and financial reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and system optimization.
• Support solution design, prototyping, testing, user training, documentation, and implementation.
• Provide recommendations related to financial processes, reporting, compliance, and system functionality.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and implementation milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Mentor and support junior consultants as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 2-3+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct implementation and configuration

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, and business operations.
• Experience working through the complete implementation lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Systems Development Life Cycle.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, and testing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Sage Intacct modules, including:
• Accounts Payable
• Purchasing
• Accounts Receivable
• Order Entry
• Cash Management
• Budgeting
• Experience with additional Sage Intacct functionality, including:
• Fixed Assets
• Consolidations
• Dynamic Allocations
• Revenue Management
• Project Costing and Billing
• Inter-Entity Transactions
• Smart Rules
• Experience developing integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications.
• Strong reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Sage Intacct Implementation Certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
• Experience supporting mid-market organizations is a plus.
• Industry experience in Hospitality or Not-for-Profit organizations is preferred.
