Responsibilities:

Assist in logistics processes and check delivery orders.

Communicate directly with customers and vendors to resolve issues and organize follow-up calls.

Support daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the organization’s growth and success in logistics management.

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and ERP systems like SAP.
Previous office-based experience preferred.
