In this role, you'll oversee carrier communications, equipment control, and outbound shipment planning. You'll be responsible for managing load assignments, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements that support on-time delivery and overall supply chain performance. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to keep logistics aligned with wider business objectives.
This role would suit someone with experience in outbound logistics or transportation coordination who is organized, a strong communicator, and looking to grow into a leadership role in a successful international manufacturing company.
The Role:- Assign shipments based on lead time, quality, and handling needs
- Manage carrier communications and resolve service issues
- Analyze and report key performance metrics
- Apply SOPs to eliminate recurring issues
- Support outbound planning and continuous improvement projects
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations
- Experience working with carriers (dispatching) / Transportation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) - Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Spanish bilingual a plus
