Regional Supply Chain Manager

Dizario Search is partnered with a client in the automotive industry that is seeking a Demand Supply Planning Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in S&OP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), demand planning, and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.

This is a key role in aligning customer demand with production and inventory strategies while partnering cross-functionally to support the S&OP process and ensure on-time customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional demand fulfillment activities while supporting the S&OP process to balance customer demand, inventory, and production capacity.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Production, Materials, and Supply Chain teams to develop and execute strategies that improve forecast accuracy and customer service.
• Analyze demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory to identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans
• Drive customer fulfillment by coordinating production priorities, inventory availability, and logistics to meet delivery commitments
• Monitor KPIs, demand trends, and forecast performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the S&OP and demand planning processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, materials management, or customer fulfillment within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience participating in or leading S&OP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes is required.
• Strong ERP, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
