- Ensure timely availability of materials to support wire harness production and meet customer delivery commitments
- Process customer orders and review forecasted demand to align production schedules with business needs
- Interface with internal stakeholders in Vietnam and external customers to coordinate production and shipping requirements
- Manage supplier portals and maintain effective supplier relationships to secure materials on schedule
- Process intercompany orders and maintain optimal stock levels to support forecasted demand
- Monitor and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery performance across the supply chain
- Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues through creative problem-solving and expediting strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers and vendors
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process data and derive actionable insights
