  Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm (2nd Shift)

• Work in a team‑oriented, safety‑conscious environment. Follow PJHA process, Observation process, and company/site safety guidelines.
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms, and public areas in clean, orderly condition.
• Remove trash from offices and other work areas; strip, wax, and burnish floors; clean and maintain carpeted and ceramic tile floors; scrub floors.
• Assist other service personnel with minor facility service repair and follow established routines.
• Use hand tools and cleaning machinery such as floor sweepers and brooms.
• Work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as demanded.
• Comply with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve performance expectations as part of performance appraisals, including employee development planning.
• Communicate with all team members to assist in short‑ and long‑range planning aligned with company goals.
• Maintain personal tools required for your job.
• Meet physical requirements of the job.
• Maintain good attendance in accordance with Company policy.
• Perform assigned tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Accurately and timely complete administrative duties such as time accounting and work order completion.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations.

• Two years of experience in Janitorial/Custodial applications.

• Observe details at close range.
• Control precision – adjust controls quickly and repeatedly.
• Manual dexterity – grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
• Substantial lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Move for extended or continuous periods.
• Ascend and descend staircases, ladders, or step stools.
• Operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts or other vehicles safely.
• Wear a respirator while performing duties.
• Communicate and express ideas clearly.
• Arrange things or actions in a specific order per rules.
