Clean Team is looking for a dependable evening team lead – downtown akron to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. As a Team Lead, you will work alongside the cleaning crew while helping maintain consistent service quality. The position combines practical cleaning work with day-to-day communication, guidance, and attention to the assigned schedule. You will help maintain a professional-looking building where employees, visitors, and customers can feel comfortable.

• Perform assigned cleaning duties and help teammates when needed
• Review daily work assignments and site-specific checklists
• Help train new employees on cleaning methods and safety practices
• Check completed areas for quality and follow up on missed tasks
• Communicate supply needs, staffing issues, and maintenance concerns
• Support safe use and proper storage of cleaning equipment
• Help ensure assigned areas are secured according to site instructions

• Previous commercial cleaning experience and the ability to guide coworkers are strongly preferred.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift
• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel
• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations
• Authorization to work in the United States
