** As a
** Customer Training Manager EE**, you will be responsible for developing and managing training programs for franchise dealers and retail teams across Eastern Europe. Focuses on enhancing operational skills, automotive service knowledge, and franchise know-how to ensure consistency and high performance at store level.

This role combines
** Learning & Development, Retail Operations, Procurement and Franchise Management.
**** What You’ll Do
*** Manage franchise dealer development programs, focusing on training in passenger and commercial tires, automotive service and maintenance, and operational skills for franchisee teams.
* Integrating franchise know-how incl. IT tools as a core element of the training concept.
* Design, deliver, and coordinate training processes across the Eastern Europe region, leveraging collaboration with external agencies.
* Collaborate with the European procurement team to manage cooperation with network suppliers, utilizing supplier resources to deliver training.
* Maintain, update, and develop training content aligned with retail strategies; implement optimized training processes, assessment tools, and revalidation mechanisms.
* Design and provide complementary training programs for regional Retail Managers to ensure they demonstrate a higher level of professionalism than franchisees and act as role models for franchise owners and teams, effectively implementing franchise know-how at store level.

* Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
* Proven proactivity and ability to work within an international environment with various suppliers.
