Lead delivery and merchandising operations training, safety, and route optimization across Akron territory.;
Onboard new teammates and coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure proper staffing and onboarding.;
Teach, coach, and train Delivery Merchandisers on processes and procedures to maximize profit and productivity, including conducting at least 3 Right Execution Daily (RED) rides per week.;
Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and embodying company values to inspire servant leadership.;
Monitor key business indicators (cases delivered, shrink, orders served and delivered, RED) and develop action plans to drive productivity gains.
