Assistant Field Manager

Overview

Refresh is seeking an organized, highly detailed individual to help support our make-ready operations in NE Ohio. The AFM (Assistant Field Manager) works closely with our field managers, technicians, office staff and property staff to ensure apartments are turned efficiently on schedule and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, ambitious, who communicates well and works well under pressure.

This role is a stepping stone to becoming one of our field managers!

• Knowledge of our offered services is preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record is required for this role
• Comfortable with Travel Across NE Ohio starting at our office in Akron every day

• Conducting quality control inspections across all service divisions
• Performing standard audits to ensure technicians follow proper procedures
• Performing conflict resolution between technicians, clients and other staff
• Coordinating timelines with Field Managers to ensure services are on schedule
• Supporting technician onboarding and assisting with ongoing coaching and training
• Performing on-site job estimates for scope, changes or additional work
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities during property visits
• Responding to urgent field situations that require immediate support

Shift is Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) (Non-negotiable)

Starting Pay is $20-25/Hour with bonuses available;
Compensation Determined by Prior Experience
