Project Manager (Exempt)
Position OverviewADB is a nationwide full‑turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions. This role oversees utility construction projects, managing internal and external crews, ensuring quality, safety, and production standards. The position owns the full cycle of project management, including all financial aspects.
Roles and Responsibilities- Mid‑level management and oversight of work performed by internal construction team members and external subcontractor teams, focusing on production, safety, and quality.
- Oversees direct labor field crews and supervisors, handling time, attendance, performance, production, quality, and safety.
- Full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle: creating project plans, production schedules, labor and equipment needs, quality standards, crew scheduling.
- Ownership of project financials: WIP, job‑cost review, cash, expenses, and P&L management for each project.
- Provides solutions to support supervisors, inspectors, and field crews on profit and loss impacts and day‑to‑day decision‑making.
- Creates and provides detailed reports, documents, drawings, and photos, including material verifications, quality control, and production results through electronic systems, trackers, and databases.
- Full buy‑in to internal system management processes and ADB standards:
Net Suite, UKG, Coupa, I404, etc. - Processes, reviews, and approves subcontractor and vendor payments and invoices.
- Provides required data on project production and status for timely customer invoicing and collection.
- Upholds ADB's safety culture on site, leading by example and driving a "ZERO" philosophy across all project sites.
- Culture champion, leading by example and influencing engagement in community, wellness, development, and inclusion.
- Team leader, fully owning team success: people development, culture engagement, performance management, compensation.
- Performs other position duties as requested.
- Ability to travel nationwide.

- On‑site safety equipment required: safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, safety boots.
- 5+ years of utility construction experience with strong technical knowledge of telecommunications installations.
- 2+ years of full‑cycle project management experience with P&L ownership.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to drive company vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Starting Pay
: $90,000 annually, varying with skills, experience, and qualifications.
