Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee various projects in Akron, OH. This is a contract position with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• PMP Certification is a plus.
