Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Akron.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management and possess strong leadership skills.

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Manage project budget and resources effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.

Salary: $1500 per month.
