* Job Summary:
** Serve as project coordinator of the Economic Development Administration Sustainable Polymers Tech Hub WISE workforce development project.
*
* Essential Functions:
*** Plan, direct, coordinate and lead activities of specified project to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements are met within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
* Support day-to-day coordination of WISE and University of Akron component activities, reports and scheduling.
* Manage and conduct UA/high school/community outreach activities, track course and student metrics and milestones, and manage tuition vouchers.# #

* Education:
** Requires a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
** Licenses/Certifications/Requirements:
** None.

* Experience:
** Requires a minimum of 4 years experience in project management. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Previous supervisory experience required. Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database computer software required.
** Leadership:
** May serve as direct first-line supervisor over exempt staff (and non-exempt staff, if applicable) or students.

* Physical Requirements:
** Job is physically comfortable; individual is normally seated and has discretion about walking, standing, etc. May occasionally lift very lightweight objects.
*
* Working Conditions:
** Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise, crowded working conditions and/or minor heating/cooling or ventilation problems. Some off-site outreach required. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
