Position Overview
The Branch Manager position leads all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue, customer loyalty, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role is based in Akron, OH at the Wilbeth branch and requires an in‑office presence.
Responsibilities- Lead the overall performance of the branch, including revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative client interactions and solutions that help customers achieve financial well‑being.
- Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni‑channel environment.
- Collaborate with a broad range of partner ecosystems to deliver seamless service.
- Manage risk and enforce compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
- Apply a branded sales process to meet sales targets and foster customer loyalty.
- Grow branch revenue via acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth for consumer and business households.
- Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement.
- Coach the team in consultative selling that enhances financial well‑being.
- Understand key financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, and performance management.
- Lead effective problem resolution to simplify banking for customers.
- Promote an inclusive workplace aligned with PNC values.
- 3+ years of related experience in banking or related fields; a university degree is not required but experience must be comparable.

Base salary: $70,125.00 – $, varying with location, market data, and individual skill, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
