General Description
- Manage the full project lifecycle from project order to post‑SOP closure.
- Ensure project delivery in terms of timing, cost, and quality.
- Develop, maintain, and update project plans and reports.
- Lead communication with customers, internal teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead cross‑functional (matrix) project teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with RA procedures and RAMP guidelines.
- Track open points and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead customer meetings, including critical discussions and negotiations.
- Drive project optimization through change management.
- Capture and apply lessons learned.
- Ensure successful project handover to plant operations.
