Oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs;
Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and personalize the customer experience;
Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for all Associates;
Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience;
Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures; communicate priorities and provide progress updates
