House Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a well-running team of direct support professionals to ensure high quality services
• 24/7 on‑call responsibilities for one home
• Oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of the assigned site, coordinating care through your team, medical care coordinators, transporters, nurses, and behavioral specialists
• Provide safety for all clients and staff
• Assist in MUI investigations process
• Create staff schedule, and cover all call‑offs and open shifts that are not filled
• Ensure all UIR forms are complete and processed accurately and timely
• Supervise, coach and evaluate all staff at the site; includes managing personnel issues, ensuring compliance with agency’s personnel policies, and evaluating and reducing turnover
• Maintain all required trainings, certifications, and licensure current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards
• Coordinate and facilitate regular staff meetings
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all clients ISPs (medical, psychiatric, behavioral, nutritional, social, and physical) to ensure staff adhere to each ISP
• Ensure staff members are in compliance with all mandated trainings
• Train, evaluate, and mentor all direct reports, including annual performance evaluations and ongoing feedback and coaching
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
• A working vehicle to be used to transport the course is work
• Valid auto insurance (not an FR or SR22 bond)
• Ability to pass a background check
