Area Manager, Management Operations Management

As an Area Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing operations within an assigned area to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives. This role drives operational excellence through effective leadership, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational performance and business success by developing high‑performing teams, optimizing resources, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop supervisors and hourly associates within the assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage staffing, training, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and results.

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years relevant work experience.
• Minimum of one‑year relevant work experience; manufacturing or military experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Working knowledge of safety and quality standards, HR policies, and budget management.
